By accessing or using RoxPass ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
RoxPass is a platform that allows HYROX athletes to create and share visual cards displaying their race results. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as photos). By uploading content, you grant RoxPass a license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or race results
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

RoxPass is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HYROX GmbH. All HYROX-related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of race data or the availability of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoxPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
